To screen record on an iPhone, you will need to use the built-in “Screen Recording” feature in iOS. Here’s how to use it:
-
Go to the “Settings” app and tap “Control Center.”
-
Check if Screen Recording is shown under “INCLUDED CONTROLS”
-
If not, scroll down to MORE CONTROLS and tap the green plus icon next to “Screen Recording.”
-
Open the “Control Center” by swiping down from the top right corner of the screen (on an iPhone X or newer) or swiping up from the bottom of the screen (on an iPhone 8 or older).
-
Tap the “Screen Recording” button, which looks like a white circle with a red dot in the center.
-
A countdown will appear, and then the screen recording will start. To stop the recording, tap the red status bar at the top of the screen and then tap “Stop.”
-
The screen recording will be saved to your Photos app.
