To paste on a Mac, follow these steps:

Make sure that you have copied the text or object that you want to paste. You can do this by using the “Command” + “C” keyboard shortcut or by selecting “Copy” from the “Edit” menu.

Go to the location where you want to paste the copied text or object.

Paste the copied text or object by pressing “Command” + “V” on your keyboard.
You can also use the “Edit” menu to paste. To do this, go to the “Edit” menu and select “Paste” to paste the copied text or object.
Alternatively, you can use the context menu to paste. To do this, right-click on the location where you want to paste the copied text or object and select “Paste” from the context menu.
