To delete your Instagram account, follow these steps:
- Go to the delete your account page by clicking on this link: https://www.instagram.com/accounts/remove/request/permanent/
- Select an option from the dropdown menu next to “Why are you deleting your account?” and provide additional feedback if you’d like.
- Re-enter your password.
- Click on “Permanently delete my account”
Please note that once you delete your account, your profile, photos, comments, and likes will be permanently removed. You will not be able to sign up again with the same username or add that username to another account. If you want to temporarily disable your account instead of deleting it permanently, you can do that by going to your profile, tapping the three lines in the top right corner, and then selecting “Temporarily disable my account.”
